The Current Situation Of Vocational High School Campus Culture Construction,Problems And Countermeasures Research

The construction of campus culture is an indispensable part of overall education,and it is also an important part of school education.This study based on the actual,combined with the related theory of occupation high school campus cultural construction and use of literature,observation,questionnaire and interview,the paper researches the current situation of Guyang County Vocational Education Center on campus cultural construction,based on analyzing the problems and causes in the construction of campus culture,proposes countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the campus occupation high school culture,so as to promote the occupation high school campus culture construction level,promote the development of occupation education in senior high school.This thesis mainly includes the following six parts.The first part of this paper defines the research background,purpose,significance,definition,domestic and international research,research content and research methods.The second part analyzes the content and requirements of the construction of campus culture in vocational high schools,and expounds the importance of strengthening the construction of campus culture in vocational high schools.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the construction of campus culture in Guyang vocational education center.The fourth part summarizes the problems and their causes in the construction of campus culture in Guyang vocational education center.The main problems are: the surrounding environment of the campus;campus layout unreasonable,crowded venue,single building;campus culture play the role of inadequate facilities;school training needs to be strengthened;individual teachers' moral cultivation is not high,the teaching level is low;the students lack of learning initiative;campus campus system is not perfect;the activities of the lack of occupation characteristics.The main reason for these problems are: the school location is not scientific;the lack of funds in the construction of campus culture;library acquisition work is lack of scientific planning;occupation education characteristics of campus culture construction lack consideration;teacher training mode is single,social practice,group collaboration activities;ignore the purpose of learning education for students in the school system;the publicity and enforcement is not enough.The fifth part expounds the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of vocational high school campus culture.Mainly include: building and decoration style embody occupation and artistry;pay attention to the campus culture construction facilities,creating a green campus;constantly improve the quality of teachers;strengthen the school system of publicity and execution;the combination of students to carry out labor and professional practice education activities;countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of campus culture learning among schools exchange.The sixth part summarizes the research conclusions.
