From the basis of this paper in reference to the relevant literature,the integrated use of literature research,content analysis,evaluation and other methods of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 359 Cases of "12th Five-Year","13th Five-Year" basic education project data research,analysis of the current situation of teaching of primary and middle school teachers in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,find out the main problems,put forward to study on teaching reform and improving the level of teachers' strategy,provide a reference for the further research of the teaching reform of improving level of teachers.Through the research,it is found that the main problems are as follows:(1).At present,the level of primary and secondary school teachers' teaching reform is lower.In the "core concept","subject definition" and "theoretical basis","the research object,research method,research steps","reference" seven aspects introduce the poor;(2)Discipline Distribution and period distribution is not uniform.Subject to Chinese,mathematics,English teaching and research of information technology,the four disciplines;school,primary school and junior high school(55%)to(30%)teaching research stage,ignoring the kindergarten(0.07%)and(11%)the high school education and teaching research focus;(3)the researchers concentrated.Generally pay close attention to the development of teachers and students,"13th Five-Year" the focus is "12th Five-Year" concerns more specific and detailed.(4)The analysis from the perspectives of information technology subject correlation between different period and each index of the larger;there is a strong correlation between science and research content of the expression in English subject;a weak correlation between the study and research content of the expression of mathematics;have weak correlation between the definition and research content.(5)The study of literature and the core concept of the expression;correlation between learning period and definition of the core concepts and research contents of expression than the other indicators compared to strong.According to the analysis results of the subject data,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future research work.(1)The analysis from the aspect of the subject,need to take measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of more biological,geography,history,art and science teachers of teaching reform,promote the balanced development of various disciplines;learn from the point of view,we should pay attention to balance the teachers participate in the research of educational reform,more excited,kindergarten high school and middle school teachers' occupation teaching reform study enthusiasm,encourage more teachers to participate in teaching research team.(2)Broadening the educational horizon of teachers.Through multi-channel,multi angle to increase the communication between different schools,different regions,different disciplines teachers,not just stay in the region,the school,the subject.To encourage teachers to carry out educational research through different perspectives and the use of modern teaching methods,and strive to achieve the "multi angle,all-round,deep" teaching and research.(3)Organize targeted research ability training.In the training targeted to the core concept of "the definition of the subject" and "theoretical basis" of the "research subject" research methods "research steps" and "reference" seven aspects to carry on the detailed description,deepen teachers' learning and understanding on these aspects.
