Research On The Function Mechanism Of Government And Society In University Governance

University is the base for spreading advanced culture,realizing scientific research innovation and promoting social development.The government has the function of managing the national political,economic and social public affairs according to law.Members of the community,through long-term cooperation,the development of the formation of a different group of organizations.The running mechanism of university governance is based on the relationship among the three basic elements of government,society and university.The study of the dynamic and complex relationship between universities,governments and society has always been an important issue in the study of University governance.Start from the classical theory of economics and management,through human related to governance theory,legal theory,stakeholder theory,capital theory,game theory and cost sharing theory,and applied it to study the role of university governance in the.To clarify the role of government and society in the governance of universities,as well as the rights,responsibilities and interests of the parties.Through the analysis of the limitations of the main body,the author puts forward the problems in the University governance.In view of the existing problems and deficiencies,this paper puts forward the restraint mechanism and incentive mechanism according to the principal-agent theory and the steward theory.Through the restraint mechanism can effectively prevent abuse of power,not as a result of a series of violations,such as the emergence of a single contact,to avoid the damage caused by the oversight of some stakeholders behavior.The incentive mechanism is the need hierarchy theory related to the interests of the university governance to a certain degree of commitment and satisfaction,the spontaneous participation in university governance,strengthen the individual's intrinsic motivation,so as to better enable the realization of University governance.
