As an important part of teachers' professional development,in-service training is a basic right,an access to improve teachers' professional quality and teaching ability.To improve the quality of special education and to accelerate the development of teachers' professional ability in special schools with policy guidance,teacher training and training research has been attracted close attentions.But nevertheless there has been some special teaching training research,but still kind of single discipline,especially in sports,because special school physical education teacher training research is still relatively weak.In-service training aims to meet the needs of teaching,and to improve the teaching ability and teaching implementations.Understanding the status of reasonable implementation of in-service training of teachers can get back the most direct and efficient feedback.Therefore,this paper is aim at promoting the professional development of training mode for special school physical education teachers,based on the teaching and training situation of the special education schools.This paper focused on exploring the theory and practice of the problems in its development.Methods:Literature and references?questionnaires?interview?mathematical statistics?investigation and Research on sports teaching situation of ten special education schools in Nanjing and their in-service training status.Results:First,after analyzing the survey data,summary are the following four aspects:1,the professional level of PE teachers in special education school is uneven,teaching situation is not optimistic;2,the implementation of the training is weak,the training mode should be improved;3,the training content is single and the theory system is not perfect;4,the influence factors of multilayer diversity,mainly divided into four level,the Department for education,Disabled Persons Federation,special education schools and sports teachers.Two,theoretically,grounded theory is used to systematically collate and analyze of interview data and investigation results,then form theory system of the special education school sports teacher training learning,namely "special education school physical education teachers professional standards",including knowledge and technology,curriculum and teaching,professional exchanges and cooperation,reflection and professional development and researches.Third,practically,build a collaborative training model.This model combines the advantages of centralized training,network training and teacher training studio.The practice context contains the indicators for the professional standards of special education school physical education,multiple methods evaluation would greatly improves the efficiency and continuity of the training,which in turn contribute to the continuous and improvement of practice.Eventually,the teachers'training and development are believed to run into a virtuous cycle.
