Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Professional Farmers' Training In Xianning City

With the rapid growth of social economy,the income level of urban residents in China has been greatly improved,while the income of farmers has been at a low level,which greatly affected the enthusiasm of farmers,resulting in rural "farmers shortage" phenomenon,serious Hinder the development of China's agriculture,but also brought a more serious social problems.By understanding the current low quality of farmers in China: on the one hand,agricultural production efficiency can not be effectively improved,farmers' income level can not be improved;the other hand,advanced agricultural technology,agricultural machinery can not be effectively used.Under this premise,to explore through vocational training to improve the quality of farmers in order to ensure the development of China's agricultural safety and agricultural modernization is of great significance.The issue of professional farmer training refers to the training of knowledge,agricultural technology and management knowledge needed to complete the agricultural production and management work in order to promote the development of agricultural modernization and solve the problem of "peasant shortage" The Through the understanding of Xiannong professional farmers training,this paper first analyzes the status quo of vocational farmers training in Xianning City,pointing out the problems of Xiannong professional farmers training.And then expounded the characteristics of foreign professional farmer training: legislation first,standardize the education of professional peasants;training object diversification;training content market,diversification of the way;training system systematization,for foreign professional training of farmers,Farmers training revelation: legislation to support professional farmers training;diversification of training sources of funding channels;the establishment of the system of professional farmers training system;improve the professional training system for farmers training.Finally,based on the analysis of the revelation of foreign professional farmers training,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of occupational farmer training in Xianning City around the logical system of "the target of training of professional peasants-training source of funds-training content system-professional farmer support policy" The To do a good job of professional farmer training needs from four aspects,namely,to achieve the diversification of professional farmers training,diversification of training sources of funds,training in the form of flexibility,policy support for the comprehensive and standardized.Only by doing all-round efforts,professional farmer training can be effective.This paper studies how to construct a set of Xiannun professional farmer training system in order to provide some useful suggestions for the development of professional farmer training in China.
