With the expansion of colleges and universities as well as "Kaoyan hot" continued,more and more college graduates choose to continue to study for a master’s degree,of which the proportion of female master’s degree increased year by year,currently accounted for more than half.But since the financial crisis,the global economic recovery is slow,the domestic economic downward pressure continued,the employment situation is grim.The statistical analysis of the employment situation of college graduates in 2015 shows that the employment rate of the junior college students is87.4%,followed by 84.5% of the master’s degree,Academic graduate students are not as good as college graduates.In terms of gender comparison,male employment is higher than that of females.Male employment rate of 85.3%,women 80.8%,female employment rate lower than the men by 5 percentage points.Female masters are a special group of society,as a new era of knowledge of young women,they and the same as the male compatriots shoulder the responsibility of building the country,contribute to society,they have the ability to promote social progress,national rejuvenation,"Chinese dream" To achieve their dedication to the wisdom.However,at present,there is a waste of human resources in China.At the same time,female graduate students employment problems still can not be resolved,in addition to external objective factors,the existing professional values of the deviation is also an important reason leading to employment difficulties.Therefore,this paper chooses the professional values of female master students to study.In this study,the "Occupational Values Scale" compiled by Ning Weiwei scholar as the reference template,combined with the actual development of the " career value questionnaire",the use of statistical software SPSS19.0,through the factor analysis,The seven-dimensional structure of the professional values of the male students in the school is the work economy,the social work,the work challenge,the work change,the work independence,the work leisure degree,the work safety sense.Combined with the survey data,the paper analyzes the differences of occupational values between female students in different gender,education,age,family location,family income and parental education level,and analyzes the relationship between professional values and career choice of female master’s degree The Through the comparison of the above differences,the author analyzes the deviation of the professional values of the female master students and the reasons of the deviation.Finally,from the social,school,family,individual four aspects of reasonable recommendations,in order to help female students to establish scientific professional values,to achieve rational career,smooth employment.
