| The employment problem of college students has always been concerned by all walks of life.Under the situation of the transformation of China’s economic development momentum and the slowdown of economic development,the employment problem of college students is more prominent.The employment performance of college students reflects the efficiency and effectiveness of their employment activities and is an important measure of employment.Employment performance is affected by many factors.As far as college students are concerned,their employability and career values are two important variables in the capacity dimension and concept dimension,which are closely related to employment performance.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between employability and career values and employment performance.This study revolves around these three main variables with the graduates of XX University in the past two years as survey objects,collects relevant data in the form of questionnaires,and conducts empirical research with the help of spss and amos data analysis software.First of all,this research analyzes and summarizes the relationship between employment performance,employability and professional values on the basis of predecessors,and proposes research hypotheses.Secondly,the questionnaire was designed according to the research requirements,and the proposed hypothesis was verified by structural equation model,t test and analysis of variance.Through research,it is found that college students ’professional values have a significant positive impact on their employability;college students’ employability has a significant positive impact on their employment performance.In order to further explore the impact of employability on employment performance,this study also verified the relationship between the employability and the subdivision dimension of employment performance.As a result,only professional application ability and professional innovation ability have an impact on employment process performance and employment outcome performance.The impact passed the significance test.Through the analysis of the impact of individual basic conditions on career values,employability and employment performance,it is found that in terms of differences in career values,the prestige status factors of career values exist in gender,student cadre experience,club experience,political outlook,and family location variables.Significant differences;the health care factors of occupational values differ significantly in the variables of gender,community experience,and family location;the development factors of career values only show significant differences in the variables of family location.In the analysis of the difference in employability,the professional application ability among the employability shows a significant difference in the variables of gender and family location,and the professional innovation ability of the employability shows significant differences in the variables of gender,political outlook and family location.The ability to communicate and coordinate in employability shows significant differences in community experience and family location variables.In the analysis of differences in employment performance,there are significant differences in employment process performance in terms of gender,community experience,political outlook,and family location variables.The results of employment results differ significantly in gender and political outlook. |
