A Study Of Excellent Men Chinese Wrestling Athlete Sport Constitution And Evaluation Standard

The evaluation index system of the athletic quality of Chinese Elite Men's wrestlers is the reference basis for evaluating the comprehensive sports qualities of wrestlers,and it is also a feedback to the training of Chinese wrestlers.At present,the research on the evaluation of sports quality of Chinese style wrestlers is still in the early stage.There are some problems in the existing studies,such as the indefinite definition of indexes,the incomplete structure of index system and the outdated research methods.This paper systematically studies the quality characteristics of Chinese style wrestlers and influential factors by using the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative methods based on the comprehensive analysis to the athletic quality characteristics of Chinese style wrestlers.This paper tries to analyze the structure the athletic quality characteristics of Chinese style wrestlers in theoretical level;Delphi method is used to screen study index;It compiles the index system of quality evaluation of Chinese style wrestlers;It obtains the proportion between the indexes,and establishes evaluation standard of the athletic quality of Chinese style wrestlers.This study enriches the research achievement of the quality of Chinese style wrestlers and provides referential basis for improving the quality evalustion of the Chinese wrestlers,the athletic quality training of Chinese wrestlers,and promoting the long-term development of Chinese wrestling project.The whole is paper divided into three parts,centered on the athletic quality characteristics of Chinese wrestlers,index system of Chinese style wrestlers and the quality evaluation standard of Chinese style wrestlers,and we can have conclusion:(1)The main features of Chinese style wrestling are maximum strength,speed strength,strength endurance,reaction speed,movement speed,anaerobic endurance,aerobic endurance,sensitive and coordination.(2)the index system of athletic quality evaluation of Chinese style wrestlers consists of five factors: maximum strength,specific strength,sensitive coordination,speed endurance and flexibility.(3)The construction of the evaluation index of the athletic quality of Chinese Elite Men's wrestlers provides a set of specific reference standards for the evaluation of theathletic quality of Chinese men's wrestlers.We can use the index system of athletic quality of Chinese wrestlers properly test athletes in a more scientific way in order to serve for the athletic quality of Chinese wrestlers,understand the quality structure of athletes,choose proper training methods and so on.
