Research On The Construction Of Quality Evaluation Index System For Early Childhood Education App

Information Technology and Information-based Education are in rapidly developing at Today’s world.Educational scenes,educational resources and teaching method of Preschool education is undergoing change and innovation.As the represent of the Information-based Preschool education developing,the Preschool education application has been developed and using by the public.However,the quality of Preschool education application is different and lack of orderly regulation.Preschool education application also has problems of poor quality and the products are similar.There has no legal or professional organisation can conduct a quality review of the preschool education application software in our nation.And it also does not have a unified evaluation system either.Parents are choosing or using those kind of applications blindly,the product of Preschool education application is lacking of professional guidance during the development,the standard evaluation system of software also needs to be established and improved immediately.In response of the above questions,this study built a system which can scientific and systematic evaluating preschool education application.This system can provide all the important information for guiding parents choose the application which really helpful and providing professional advice to application developers about the quality of their product which mean to improve the experience of the children while using the application,it also further enrich and improve the research results of the preschool education application evaluation system in our nation.The specific work will be carried out as follows:First,this study defines key concepts by literature research and we sort out the quality evaluation system at home and abroad.Through the collation and analysis of relevant research,and take the application of preschool education as the research object.Finally,an evaluation system for the evaluation of the application quality based on TPACS+C mod of early childhood education has been formed.This mainly haves two indicators: common and personalised indicators,Among the common indicator,it contains five primary indicators: Technique,Teaching,Design,Content and Serve.And there has 22 level 2 indicators and 57 level 3 indicators.Second,based on quality evaluation model and basic position.This study through Delphi method and after two rounds of expert revision of evaluation indicators,we have screened,supplemented and optimised its quality evaluation index system,and also content of every dimensions and secondary and third-level indicators has been determined.This study builds a relatively and scientific evaluation preschool education application systematic system at last by using the method of analytic hierarchy and by determining the importance of indicators at all levels.And analyse the content and connotation of this indicator.Next,apply the research results of this study to the “Hong En literacy” application,design the evaluation program and carry out a comprehensive evaluation.Collecting survey data by issuing questionnaires,statistically analyse survey data,and analyse them comprehensively and systematically according to measurement standards.In the end,this app get 4.2 achievement.During the application of this case,we further clarified the survey data and calculation process and how to transform the preschool education application quality evaluation index system into an easy-to-use tool for parents.This study constructs a quality evaluation index system for the preschool education application and provide parents with the suitable standard of choosing preschool education application.It also suggestions for the developers about their product’s optimisation which makes them improve their products and make a beneficial contribution to the market quality construction of the preschool education application.
