The comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students in China is carried out with the implementation of quality education and the promotion of new curriculum reform.The comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students can fully grasp the development of the comprehensive quality of primary school students,objectively test the teaching effect of primary school education,and play an important role in promoting the overall development of students and educational and teaching reform.This evaluation is mainly a comprehensive and objective evaluation of students' ideological and moral character,academic performance,aesthetic taste,innovation ability and practical ability,and this evaluation pays more and more attention to promoting the development of students.Its theoretical basis mainly comes from the theory of multiple intelligences,the theory of man's overall development,the theory of constructivism and the theory of developmental evaluation.Its basic content can refer to the Ministry of Education in the department of education about opinions to push forward the reform of middle and primary school education quality evaluation in student moral development level,development level,level of physical and mental development,interests,special skills,academic burden of five aspects as a basic framework to measure the quality of the students,to form the scientific evaluation standard of primary and middle school students' comprehensive quality.This study is mainly devoted to the construction of comprehensive quality evaluation index system for primary school students.Based on relevant theories,this study refers to relevant literature and gradually improves the evaluation index system through rigorous expert investigation and analysis.Involved in the process of research methods are mainly:the method of documentation,expert consulting method,questionnaire investigation,expert sorting method,statistics,logic analysis,etc.in accordance with the "quasi index-index connotation analysis-in the early rounds of index screening-index analysis,reliability and validity of determine weight system,the practical application of" a process of forming scientific and operability of the evaluation index system of primary school students comprehensive quality.This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the principle and basis of the index system construction.In order to ensure the index system to establish the theoretical basis of solid and reality,establishes the index system establishment of the five principles of the scientific and normative,comprehensiveness and clarity,and the feasibility,effectiveness and operational guidance,incentive and development,and four on the basis of the theoretical basis and policy basis,realistic basis and main body;The second part is the preliminary construction of the index system based on literature research.The primary construction of the comprehensive quality evaluation index system for primary school students is mainly based on the determination of the evaluation purpose,the preliminary conception of the index system and the analysis of its connotation.The third part is the selection and analysis of the index system based on expert consultation.By consulting experts of preliminary build the opinions of the students comprehensive quality evaluation index system,to establish expert students comprehensive quality evaluation index system,the reliability and validity of evaluation index system of comprehensive quality for elementary school students through the questionnaire data for internal consistency check index system reliability analysis,and USES the index system of exploratory factor analysis test validity;The fourth part is the construction of index weight.The expert ranking method is used to establish the weight system of elementary school students' comprehensive quality evaluation index system.The fifth part is the practical application of the index system.Taking the comprehensive quality evaluation of students in C primary school of Q city as a case,the guiding ideology,evaluation index system,evaluation program,evaluation implementation method and evaluation development Suggestions are put forward.
