Research On Yoga Course System In Shijiazhuang City

With the promotion of the national fitness program,the rapid development of China's sports industry,the Ministry of Education in 2002,the State Sports General Administration promulgated the "National College Physical Education Curriculum Guidance Outline" for our colleges and universities to set up sports courses to guide the direction.Since the 20 th century,90 years,yoga began to spread in China on a large scale,and in various colleges and universities have carried out,at present China's college yoga curriculum system research is not much,Shijiazhuang City,yoga curriculum system research literature less.Therefore,this paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of Yoga curriculum system in Shijiazhuang University.The conclusion is under:The yoga curriculum of Shijiazhuang City has begun to take shape,but the yoga curriculum goal is not enough to formulate the specific stage of the goal;yoga curriculum content on the theoretical knowledge of the proportion of small,mainly technical action;Yoga teacher's teaching method is too traditional;yoga curriculum evaluation to decentralized,centralized evaluation of the main yoga technical action to evaluate the theoretical knowledge of the less evaluation.In order to solve the problems existing in the yoga curriculum system of Shijiazhuang City,the following suggestions are put forward: to increase the professional training organization of teachers and to strengthen the construction of yoga teachers.The goal of curriculum development should be more specific and strictly stipulate the tasks and objectives of each learning stage,Mental and spiritual development;curriculum content to increase the proportion of knowledge on yoga,so that students understand the depth of yoga;increase the implementation of the curriculum,regulate the use of yoga teaching materials to improve the teaching methods;improve the curriculum evaluation Mechanism,curriculum evaluation should be closely integrated with the curriculum objectives,pay attention to the evaluation of the test function,incentive function and feedback function.
