New School Sports Target System

The research on the goal system of school physical education is an important theoretical subject. The construction of new Chinese goal system of school physical education, accompanied by the physical education practice development, has past its hard way since 50 years ago. By the help of material reference, comparison and logical analysis, this thesis does research on the progress of goal system of school physical education of our country since the establishment of P.R.C, and from the historical viewpoint, reviews and re-accesses the goal system of school physical education of our country. Finally, on the basis of deserting badness and conservation the goodness, inherit them scientifically, and become the beneficial reference of construction of goal system and courses renovation of school physical education, now and in the future.This thesis divided the goal system of school physical education of our country into three stages: Before "culture revolution", the period of "culture revolution", the period since reformation and opening of our country till now, and then analyzed historically them and summarized them respectively. The emphasized part of the school physical education goals altered instantly. The goals of school physical education have been affected by non-educational factors such as competitive sports, subject-center theory, multi-way and multi-layer of school physical education development as well as educational reformation and educational ideas.In this thesis, the existing problems in goal system of school physical education of our country that was pointed out that: The shortage, solecism and the confused expression of theoretical school physical education researches. This thesis proposed after assessing and whole viewing the renovation and development of physical education courses that the relationship between physical education and goal of schoolphysical education should be well managed; the relationship between movement subjects and other subjects should be well managed. Extreme behavior and any subjects ignoring should be avoided; the construction and development of physical education courses should be strengthened; comprehension and insisting on the thought of "Health First". By strengthening the goal system research, emphasizing the progress of the realization of goals, school physical education goal system should be expelled forward.
