The "National Fitness Program(2016-2020)" promulgated by the State Council in June 2016 points the way for the reform and development of physical education courses in colleges and universities in China.At present,as the national fitness program continues to be widely promoted in China,the national sports cause has made considerable progress,and college sports education has also ushered in new opportunities for development.In recent years,the opening of yoga,a new sport curriculum project,has been widely welcomed and strongly sought by students.Compared with traditional sports such as ball games and track and field,yoga integrates aesthetics,mechanics,philosophy,and art,emphasizing the use of consciousness to guide breathing,and the use of breathing to drive movements.It can not only relax the mind but also embellish the figure.Strengthen your body so that your body,mind and spirit can be sublimated.Yoga has spread widely in China since the end of the 20 th century.Major universities also successively set up yoga classes and conducted in-depth research on yoga projects.Gratifying results have been achieved.However,there are few studies on the design of yoga programs in colleges and universities,especially the study on the design of yoga courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Shijiazhuang.The survey found that there are six colleges and universities in Shijiazhuang City,offering yoga option classes.Although it has reached a certain scale and achieved certain results,it still has the following deficiencies: the establishment of curriculum objectives is not enough;the course content is not comprehensive;The implementation of the teaching materials is not clear and the teaching methods are simple;the curriculum evaluation is not specific enough.For this reason,this thesis is mainly to optimize and design the yoga curriculum system of ordinary colleges and universities in Shijiazhuang.In this paper,literature research,survey method,Delphi method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method are adopted.The course design of yoga option course in Shijiazhuang ordinary colleges and universities is taken as the object of study.Through questionnaire survey and expert interview,the author carefully analyzes the current situation.In order to solve various problems and influencing factors in the development of yoga programs in ordinary colleges and universities in Shijiazhuang City,Delphi's expert questionnaire was used to establish a course plan for yoga options classes.Research result:Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of yoga programs in ordinary colleges and universities in Shijiazhuang City,as well as interviews with experts on the direction of yoga and course orientation,and after three rounds of expert questionnaires,the design indicators were screened and weighted to determine the various items of this paper.index.Indicators include five major parts,which are design basis,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,as a basic framework,through the extension of differentiation,the formation of three-tier index system,and the weighting of each index,the formation of Complete program.According to the statistical analysis of index weights,the percentage of each indicator in the design of the program is calculated.The most important indicator is the "course content" indicator which accounts for 39%;the "curriculum target" indicator accounts for 26%;"course evaluation" and "Course implementation" indicators accounted for 16% and 11% respectively;"design basis" indicators accounted for 8%.The content of the courses is the largest,followed by the course objectives.This is consistent with the research topic of this article.The three yoga selective classes of Hebei Normal University were selected as experimental teaching subjects to test the rationality and feasibility of the curriculum design.Before and after the analysis of the experiment,the students' understanding and satisfaction of yoga,the mastery of related theories and skills of yoga,the changes in students' body flexibility,strength,and balance qualities,and the teaching methods,assessment methods,teaching contents,and class schedules in this design Satisfaction.
