In recent years,with the thin beauty social and cultural values intensified in the global scope,such as eating disorder bulimia nervosa incidence increased year by year.Young people are in a special period,the development of the body and mind is not synchronous,the sensitivity of the main body of culture and the characteristics of convergence so that they pay more attention to the appearance of the image than other age groups.Therefore,bulimia nervosa and other eating disorders occur in adolescence,with one hand and a greedy extreme,extreme fear of their body fat,there exist serious psychological conflicts and even lead to deformation,disorder of the physical psychological and social function,seriously affect the teenagers' learning,life and interpersonal relationship,has become to a serious problem in physical and mental health of teenagers.Therefore,eating of bulimia nervosa etc.the theory and method of rehabilitation patients with disorders of exploration,not only helps to reduce and control the behavior of adolescent eating disorders,more conducive to the healthy development and the socialization process completed successfully.In this study,summing up the academic research onbulimia nervosa,explore the intervention of psychological and social treatment mode in the rehabilitation of patients with bulimia nervosa,bulimia nervosa patients and in the case of Y as an example,using the method of depth interview and participant observation combination,trying to use from the micro level to explore the psychological and social treatment in the model of neural rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with bulimia nervosa.In the course of the study,the use of psychodynamic theory and the theory of "human being in the situation" is used to analyze the causes of the Y of the service object,and to diagnose and evaluate the problem.To find the service object "problems" on the basis of the method of direct treatment using psychosocial therapy pattern and indirect treatment combined with the targeted intervention on the service object,service object disorder physiological,psychological and social function improvement and recovery.Finally,through the summary of the psychological and social intervention of the advantages and disadvantages,in order to give full play to the social work of rehabilitation treatment in patients with eating disorders in bulimia nervosa and accumulate experience.
