With the rapid development of material culture,the rapid improvement of people’s lives,and the influence of the West,the excessive trend of "taking thinness as beauty" has become increasingly strong.Due to the unsynchronized physical and mental development of adolescents and the formation of self-concept,some adolescents who fail to master the correct weight loss are prone to eating disorders.On the one hand,they are immersed in delicious food,and on the other hand,they are acutely afraid of weight gain,resulting in a vicious cycle of "overeating-satisfaction after overeating-overeating",which has a significant negative impact on physical and mental development.The research in this article can not only reduce the overeating and repayment behavior of service objects to a certain extent,help service objects form good eating and living habits,promote their physical and mental health development,but also provide experience for exploring the rehabilitation effects of intervention in eating disorders through case work,thereby expanding the field of rehabilitation social work.on the basis of reading a large number of related literature on eating disorders,this article selects a sophomore girl as the service object,relying on social work institutions as the service location,and collects data on the service object through literature research,in-depth interviews,case studies,scale methods,etc.It was found that the service recipients have eating disorders,severe depression and anxiety,irregular lifestyles,and a lack of social support.The author diagnosed and analyzed the problems of the service object based on the theory of people in the context and used a psychosocial treatment model to intervene in the service object and its environment from three levels: physiological,psychological,and social.This led to the basic recovery of the symptoms of neurotic bulimia,improvement of depression and anxiety,strengthening social support,and basically forming a good lifestyle.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the psychosocial treatment model in the rehabilitation of Eating disorder of intervention service objects were summarized,and the service process,program and Professional ethics were reflected,and suggestions and prospects were put forward.
