A Case Study On Social Work To Alleviate Binge Eating Behavior In Patients With Bulimia

In contemporary society,we have a great change in the aesthetic trend of women,demanding women's appearance and figure,so that "thin for beauty" widespread.As a result,some women who need to lose weight suffer from bulimia due to the incorrect way of losing weight combined with a false perception of themselves and the influence of their surroundings.Diet,eating behavior of female college students accounted for the largest,through the study of this article,is helpful to deepen the study of bulimia related issues and help solve the related problems of patients with bulimia,help female college students a correct eating habit,guide society to adopt targeted value guidance,at the same time is conducive to improve social work methods and optimization of social work theory.Based on the selection of shenyang,liaoning province of the university of L a people with bulimia reading junior female students as the service object,according to the theory of cognitive behavior of social work and demand hierarchy theory as the main theoretical foundation and basis of case social work intervention study,the integrated use of literature research,action research method and depth interview method three main research methods in patients with bulimia to intervene.The research process is mainly divided into five steps,that is,the data collection in the preliminary preparation and the research on the problems of patients with binge eating disorder,followed by the design of implementation plan and the selection of implementation method,followed by the development and implementation of social work in each stage of the case,and finally the reflection and summary of the whole intervention process.Through the development of a behavior therapy,behavior shaping,psychological therapy supplemented by counseling treatment program.This treatment program greatly alleviates the victim's overeating behavior,changes the victim's unreasonable belief,alleviates the victim's anxiety and inferiority,and helps the victim to establish interpersonal network and regain self-confidence.As a social worker,the author attaches great importance to the female college students this group the serious physical and mental health challenges facing problems,this paper research can guide and help those adolescents with bulimia to change bad eating habits and behavior,adjust the negative mood and inferiority,and to set up the correct ideas and concepts,make its social functions and social cognitive restoration,to be able to go back to their normal study and life.At the same time,this study made a new attempt to solve the problems related to binge eating disorder with professional social work methods and skills.To overcome the shortcomings of previous studies,effective individual case social work method is adopted to solve practical problems from the micro level,providing a new idea for solving the problem of gluttony behavior of patients with bulimia.Of course,the relevant methods in this paper need to be improved,the depth of theoretical guidance needs to be deepened,and the research on the improvement of problems related to bulimia still has room for improvement.
