Casework Services For Rehabilitation Of Children With Amblyopia

According to statistics,the incidence of amblyopia in our country is 2% to 4%,as of 2016,there are at least 8 million children with amblyopia.The incidence of amblyopia is high and the harm is great,which seriously affects children's physical and mental development.If not found in time,missed the best treatment period,it may result in permanent vision low or even blindness.By analyzing the status of rehabilitation compliance of amblyopia children,and understanding the problems in the process of rehabilitation of amblyopia children,this paper aims to develop a service plan for the rehabilitation of amblyopia children and to carry out casework social work service to explore the role of social work in the rehabilitation of amblyopia children,and to draw practical experience to promote the development The problem of rehabilitation compliance of amblyopia children is difficult to solve by medical personnel alone.This article uses the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and so on to explore the amblyopia treatment compliance status and the influence compliance key factor,uses the case social work method,through to the amblyopia child's actual demand estimates,two children with amblyopia were selected as service objects,and the case service was carried out by means of psycho-social treatment mode and cognitive behavioral therapy,aimed at improving the peripheral environment of amblyopia children through professional social work intervention,changing the cognition,emotion and behavior of amblyopia children,and promoting the rehabilitation compliance of amblyopia children,To ensure the effect of rehabilitation training for amblyopia children,and promote the development of mental health of children with amblyopia.The research shows that professional social work can play a great role in solving the mental and physical plight of the children with amblyopia.To solve the problem of amblyopia children's rehabilitation compliance depends solely on academic research or not enough,the solution needs not only the active cooperation of children with amblyopia,but also the strong advocacy and support of family,school,government and non-profit organizations,create a multi-level service system for the rehabilitation of amblyopia children.
