A Case Study Of Supportive Employment Of Mental Rehabilitation Persons Guided By The Concept Of Rehabilitation

With the continuous development of society,people’s living pressure is increasing,and the number of people with mental disorders in my country is also increasing,and the demand for rehabilitation services is on the rise.In recent years,the work field of mental illness rehabilitation services in my country and the community where the focus has shifted to the daily life of patients has provided space for social work to intervene in mental rehabilitation.At present,the concept of mental rehabilitation in my country is also changing.From the physical and psychological residential treatment based on the medical model in the past,we have begun to try the combination of multiple treatment models,especially from physical and mental rehabilitation services to comprehensive supportive rehabilitation services.However,for the employment of mental rehabilitation,whether it is macro policy support or micro support employment services,there is no mature model that can be promoted nationwide currently.With the change of mental rehabilitation service concept,disease rehabilitation,physical and mental rehabilitation,occupational rehabilitation and social integration are an ecology,so that true recovery can be realized.In the future,the development of mental rehabilitation service development policy is to ensure the basic needs of the group.Social work services will respond more to the needs of individuals in the group.The service will be closely integrated with the development cycle of individuals,respond to the needs of different individuals in different cycles,and create a refined and comprehensive service.Periodic Psychiatric Rehabilitation ServicesThis paper adopts the case study method,guided by the concept of recovery,and takes supported employment of mental rehabilitation as the research object,Analyses and the present situation of supported employment services,the content of supportive services,and the impact of supported employment services.The following conclusions were drawn:Employment support for mentally mental rehabilitation is a dynamic process.Supported employment case services can be summarized as a "1-3-6-10" model,which includes a concept as a guide,three service stages,six service processes and ten specific Service steps.The employment of mental rehabilitation has internal and external protective factors.Internal factors include positive understanding and reconstruction of past employment experience,focus on their own advantages,and taking the initiative to express their needs for help.External factors include family support,employer or colleague support,professional support and Policies and regulations support,etc.Finally,according to the research situation,the functional significance of social workers’ intervention in supportive employment for mentally recovered patients,and the reminders and reflections of social workers’ intervention in services,put forward some intervention suggestions for mental rehabilitation supportive employment case services.
