The continuous improvement of society has higher and higher requirements for the quality of teachers.As a reserve force of physical education teachers,physical trainees need to quickly realize the transformation from students to teachers.How to achieve effective transformation and promote the rapid and professional development of physical internships is a problem faced by the current teaching team.For the sports interns who have just moved from the campus to the teachers,they have a wealth of teaching theory knowledge,but how to apply the theoretical knowledge to practice in teaching,and promote the rapid development of intern teaching skills,this is not only a face of sports interns.Important issues are also an important issue in the professional development of the physical education teachers team.Through the literature data method,action research method,classroom observation method,case study method and logic analysis,the method of grinding and school-based teaching and research is the theoretical basis of this research.The form is divided into four types of grinding,grinding,grinding and grinding according to the needs of the internship generation.Then,different types of grinding courses are used to reflect on and improve the classroom teaching behavior,so as to optimize the classroom teaching effect.Improve the ability of teaching reflection and teaching practice,and promote the rapid and professional development of sports interns.The purpose is to provide a theoretical perspective on the professional development of a special role of interns while providing a realistic case for the growth of sports interns.The article draws the following conclusions:(1)Through action research,it is found that the development of classroom teaching ability of physical interns is based on the level of teaching focus guided by different interactive communication subjects,and continues to deepen along the path of self-grinding,mutual grinding,grinding and grinding.(2)The imitative classroom in the solo stage,the interns mainly focus on survival,the attention is mainly focused on the integrity of the teaching link,and the teaching knowledge is basically based on their own educational experience.(3)Entering the mutual self-concern with the intervention of mutual help peers,the sports interns are turning towards the situation of attention,but the teaching wit is lacking,and the classroom effect is relatively blunt.(4)In the tempering stage,the physical trainees began to pay attention to the teaching strategies under the guidance of the instructors and educational researchers,but most of them solved the problems on the problem and did not deeply explore the principles behind these strategies.(5)In the practice of open class teaching,under the guidance of the instructor,the author has established a multi-subject deep-seated community,which has formed an interactive growth subject.Based on the needs of the students,the teaching details are continuously developed and deepened,thus improving classroom teaching.Behavior,and finally form a personalized classroom with its own style.(6)The basic process of the teaching practice of physical trainees is:firstly,determine the theme and purpose of grinding depth according to the needs;select the teaching content;design the teaching plan based on the analysis of the actual conditions and the student's situation;then pass the independent grinding-mutual Grinding-grinding-grinding,with the intervention of different subjects,continuous reflection-practice-improvement-in reflection-in practice...,in the process of step-by-step research in the cycle,the intern's classroom teaching ability spirals upward.(7)The path of physical education interns to achieve classroom teaching skills development is from the beginning of the simple and extensive teaching skills to the deepening of the teaching skills to the final level of teaching skills more and more,more and more difficult,attention It is also more detailed.Through research,the article gives the following suggestions for the practice of intern teaching deepening practice:(1)Colleges and universities should reasonably arrange courses and strengthen links with basic education practices.(2)Educational internships should be phased and practiced in a dual tutor system.(3)Practice instructors and educational researchers should pay attention to the needs of interns and innovative education models.(4)Physical trainees should exert subjective initiative and flexibly apply teaching principles.(5)A multi-role classroom teaching practice should be established.(6)The practice of deepening should be combined with modern educational technology.
