At present,the rapid development of teenager camps are facing many problems,of which the curriculum construction is particularly prominent.This paper takes the teenager camp training goal and the curriculum module as the research object,uses the literature data,the questionnaire survey method and the mathematical statistics method,through carries on the investigation and research to the basic situation of the teenager camp training goal and the curriculum establishment,summarizes and analyzes the camp curriculum construction In the existing problems,combined with the basic theory of curriculum development,to explore suitable for China's teenager camp training objectives and curriculum modules.In conclusion:1.Participant age is concentrated in 8-12 years old;training methods to experience the main type,and focus on the ability of young people to develop;curriculum development approach and flexible ways.The self-cultivation of the camp and the professional graduates of the university are the main sources of the teachers.The lack of professional knowledge of the teachers team becomes the main factor restricting the development of the curriculum.2.The goal of cultivating the goal of "young people" is the main content of the goal of "team spirit,leadership,survivability and adventure".It emphasizes the cultivation of practical ability and exploration spirit,but its systematic,rational and scientific.Curriculum design,post goal development is the common practice of camping goal setting.3.Teenager camp curriculum,there are more clear curriculum modules,the contents of the outdoor sports,labor practice,cultural experience,natural education and so on,but the surface of the content of the course,but the lack of system-level settings.4.Teenager camp training objectives can be summarized into three dimensions,26 factors.Dimension 1: capacity structure(including: independent thinking ability,problem-solving ability and other 11 factors);Dimension 2: attitude and three(including: patriotism,good personal image,good social relations and other 11 factors);Dimension 3: knowledge structure(including: historical and cultural knowledge,field survival knowledge and other four factors).5.Teenager camp curriculum module can be grouped into four dimensions,a total of 20 factors.Dimension 1: survival and adaptation(including: field survival,experiential learning and other six factors);Dimension 2: nature and technology(including: astronomical knowledge,media literacy and other six factors);Dimension 3: movement and culture(including: mass sports,outdoor challenge movement and other four factors);Dimension 4: responsibility and practice(including: labor practice,national defense knowledge and other four factors).
