| In order to achieve the sustainable development of the country,the 18th Party Congress clearly put forward the innovation-driven development strategy,at the same time the educational reform of higher education in our country has been deepened.The essence of innovation-driven is talent-driven,and innovative personnel are cultivated by education.The curriculum is scheduled by school with the purpose of cultivating talents.So the innovation-driven strategy at this stage points out the direction and objectives of school training,also because of innovative economies with characteristics like high intellectual capital investment,sound entrepreneurial transmission mechanism and high labor productivity and total factor productivity,which put forward new requirements to China’s university curriculum construction.The deepening reform of entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities is the necessary process to realize the strategic goal of innovation,and the perfection of the educational system of entrepreneurship education is an important part of this process.As for the entrepreneurship education,China started late and the curriculum system is not perfect,while the United States has developed to the world’s leading position and its successful experiences worth learning.This paper uses methods of literature research,comparative research and statistical research,combined with triple helix theory,collaborative innovation theory,entrepreneurial culture theory and comprehensive development theory,to make an in-depth analysis.Through the study of the rationale,course content,teachers’strength and teaching methods of American entrepreneurship education,this paper summarizes the three characteristics of them,which are diversity,specialty and practicality,and then sums up its successful experience from aspects of university itself,government policy and social support.Through the comparison,this paper finds that there are some problems of entrepreneurial education in China,such as the deviation of the curriculum rationale,the narrowness of the course content,the shortage of teachers and the traditional teaching methods.Then,this paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of cultural values,resource management and external environment,such as lack of self-development awareness,the default of campus culture,resource allocation is not scientific and entrepreneurial environment is poor,and then propose that colleges and universities should improve itself from discipline construction,cultural development,teacher optimization and supervision incentives,and the community should actively create enterprises,the government should provide a strong guarantee for college entrepreneurship education by strengthening the policy support,improving the incentive mechanism and perfecting the law system.Government,enterprises and universities should cooperate mutually in order to complete the mission of innovation talents’output as soon as possible and to achieve the goal of national economic and social development scientifically. |
