| The research object of this article is a Tibetan college student who loves football.The main content of the article is his football experience in college for four years.I found that in four years has made great achievements,Few other minority players have achieved the same success as him.The purpose of this article is to find out the mechanism of his success.In this paper,participant observation method and extended case method have been used.Through field investigation to collect a large number of experience materials.After the material was analyzed,I believe that the success of a college student player can be divided into two parts,The improvement of individual technical capabilities and the degree of integration into the team.In this paper,I put forward a concept,That is,"emotional community".And found that the college football team is a typical "emotional community".Its most important function is to achieve "the campus football culture reproduction".In an environment that is full of bureaucratic features,the members of the community are naturally inclined to act in a way that emphasizes ideals,passion,hardship,love,freedom,and against the system,power,conservatism,preaching,reality.The reason for the success of this research object is that it deeply participates in the process of reproduction of campus football culture.Individuals participate in this process through interaction with others,In the process of interaction,the individual involved in the construction and dissemination of football culture."Campus football culture reproduction" includes three points,namely the organization of football activities,the orientation of the campus society,behavior and values.It must be pointed out that in different specific circumstances,these three points will show a different performance.If other individuals want to make great progress in campus football,they should follow the experience of this study object,in depth to participate in this reproduction process. |
