The development of education directly determines the development of a country.Under the background of China's education cause and the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country,the development of basic education,especially the development of rural education,plays a leading and fundamental role.Therefore,in order to realize educational equity,we must attach great importance to the development of rural education.In recent years,although the state has issued a series of policies to protect the construction of rural primary school teachers,but the development of rural education has not completely improved,because of the rural education is the key of the development of rural teachers,rural teachers' quality level directly determines the teaching quality of teaching and education quality,At the same time,in order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in China,narrow the gap between urban and rural compulsory education.Therefore,focus on the development of rural teachers is the most important.Therefore,academic circles at home and abroad for rural teachers team construction,and made many systems,in-depth research and achieved fruitful results,for the development of this research has laid a solid foundation,based on this,the rural primary school teachers team construction aspects of the study,have important realistic meaning and practical value.This research mainly from the structure of teachers,living status,training and communication,flow tendency of four dimensions.The current situation of rural primary school teachers in X Town,L City,Henan Province was investigated.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers,it was found that there were structural imbalances in the construction process of rural primary school teachers,mainly including the imbalance of teachers' gender,professional title and subject structure.The happiness index of teachers is low,mainly including teachers' low salary and welfare and high work pressure;Teachers have strong intention to leave the post,mainly including teachers' professional belonging is not high and the outflow phenomenon is serious;The lack of professional development of teachers mainly includes the lack of training support from schools and the weak awareness of independent development of teachers.Based on maslow's hierarchy of needs,for these problems influence factors analysis,summarized in the government,the inadequate education governance and social environment support is not enough,respect from the school management system is not perfect,teachers' own development,such as lack of consciousness on this basis,the theory of education fairness,education balanced development theory as the starting point,From the government,society,school and teachers four levels of targeted countermeasures to solve the construction of rural primary school teachers,the government level,improve the efficiency of teachers,mainly including increasing educational investment,reform of teachers' salary system,improve the incentive mechanism of teachers;At the social level,the precise reconstruction of local cultural environment,mainly including the construction of local cultural society and improve the social status of teachers;At the school level,the teacher management system should be improved as a whole,including creating a good working environment for teachers,establishing a teacher assessment system,and strengthening the training and exchange of teachers.At the level of teachers,emphasis should be placed on improving their professional qualities,including enhancing their self-development awareness and setting up the concept of lifelong learning.
