In recent years, the juvenile sports grow so rapidly that monitoring on juvenile sports training also is brought to the forefront of people.Given that the great discrepancy between juvenile players and adult players in terms of morphology, physiological function, psychological development and so on,the training monitoring between juvenile players and adult players display differently. As the backdrop of rapid development of scientific technology, the portable and non-invasive monitoring indexes are popular with many coaches, players and fitness people. So people gradually pay attention to the index-HRV.HRV,a phenomenon of fluctuating RR interval of gradual heartbeats(instantaneous heart rates,is a non-invasive Index of quantitative reflection of autonomic nerves system. It plays an essential role in observing the activity of autonomic nerves system, and quantitatively valuating the tension and balance of symphathetic and parasymphatheic antonomic nerves, the latter also called vagus nerves. Therefore, the article researches the impact of juvenile players' sympathetic and parasymphathetic nerves in different phases by observing and analyzing the HRV change of juvenile cyclists basic training phases, specialized training and pre-competition training phases. The article, tracking HRV of juvenile cyclists by means of Polar Team2 for ten months, monitors juvenile cyclists' HRV,collect the datas of heart rates and count HRV indexes by Kubios HRV in the phases of basic training, specialized training and pre-competition training on January,April and October,2016.It also conduct the statistic analysis of single sample K-S tests, paired sample T tests and the like. The results are as follows: First, compared to basic training phases, the SDNN Index reflecting HRV has remarkable differences in the pre-competition training phases in the pre-competition training phases(P<0.01)and the TP index exists remarkable differences(P<0.05).Second,compared to basic training phases, the LF index reflecting symphathetic nerves activity also exists great differences(P<0.05).Third,compared to basic training phases, the RMSSD reflecting parasymphathetic nerves activity also exists great differences in the pre-competition training phases(P<0.01),the pNN50 index(P<0.05)and the HF index(P<0.05).The conclusions are as follows: First, the features of juvenile cyclists' HRV change in the different training phases are different.Compared to basic training phases and specializedtraining phases, the HRV in the pre-competition phases display more prominently. The balance of symphathetic nerves and vagus nerves of juvenile cyclists both develop in the phases of basic training, specialized training and pre-competition training. The balance of sympathetic and vagus nerves in the pre-competition training phases convert into sympathetic nerves-dominated.The balance of symphathetic nerves and vagus nerves of juvenile cyclists both develop in the phases of basic training, specialized training and pre-competition training. The balance of sympathetic and vagus nerves in the pre-competition training phases convert into sympathetic nerves-dominated.Fourth,the HRV of juvenile cyclists has improved, and the ability of sympathetic and vagus nerves has increased after the long-term and systematic training of basic training, specialized training and pre-competition training, helping juvenile cyclists adapt to different exercise load.
