The main tasks for the chemistry first round review in grade three of senior high school are reviewing the basic knowledge and doing some exercises.In terms of lesson types,they can be divided into the lesson of sorting out the knowledge and the lesson of explaining exercises.This article has made some theoretical and practical researches on the application of teaching plan's guiding students' self-teaching to the first round review.Based on studying some literature about Teaching Plan's Guiding Students' Self-teaching,this thesis has put forward the principles of designing case,the elements,examples and implementation procedures of two kinds of guiding cases to optimize the teaching structure and students' cognitive process with the theoretical foundation of the Constructivism Theory,Meaningful Learning Theory,Zone of Proximal Development Theory,Humanistic Theory and Cognitive Learning Theory.During the teaching practice,the experiment class and the compared class have been set up.And then adopting the methods of literature research,classroom observation,questionnaire survey and action research to analyze the experimental results from different angles.Such as students' learning interest,independent and inquiry learning situation,the ability of cooperation and communication,using status of different guiding cases on different lesson types and academic record.The results show that Teaching Plan's Guiding Students' Self-teaching has optimized the teaching structure,improved the comprehensive abilities of students and promoted professional level of teachers quickly.Bes ides,the guiding case for the lesson of sorting out the knowledge is more effective than the lesson of explaining exercises.Meanwhile some deficiency has been founded in the process of implementation of Teaching Plan's Guiding Students' Self-teaching.Some examples are as follows: Before class,there is no clear target in the segment of reading and remembering freely;there are some repetitions between guiding cases and supplementary materials;guiding cases are not easy to save.In terms of these shortcomings,some solving strategies have been presented.Such as allocating specif ic tasks of every class before class;optimizing the compilation of guiding cases;researching the school's text book;stapling guiding cases together for a better storage and checking.
