As far as temperament is concerned,it belongs to the influence of non-intelligence factors.In the process of teaching,non-intelligence factors are often less concerned than intelligence factors.And teachers tend to ignore the characteristics of students themselves.Since the emergence of education,it has been accompanied by the emergence of educational psychology.In the past hundred years of educational psychology research,the relationship between students' temperament type and learning is a problem that needs educators' attention.With the gradual deepening of the national education reform,the national policy clearly points out the following aspects: It is necessary to understand the learning characteristics of students in the process of education and teaching;It is necessary to understand students' psychology,follow the law of students' physical and mental development,and penetrate the teaching concept of individualized teaching.This study is a comprehensive part of psychology and pedagogy.To explore the correlation between temperament types and students' behavior and strategy in learning new chemistry lesson,and to clarify the internal relationship has reference value for teachers' teaching.In addition,understanding the temperament of students will help teachers to design teaching strategies and teaching methods from various perspectives and directions.It will also help students learn chemistry more close to themselves,so that students can understand chemical knowledge and skills more easily.In this paper,literature review method,investigation method,mathematical analysis method and other research methods are used to study,and a student questionnaire "the Influence of Students' differences on Learning New Chemistry Lesson" is formulated.In addition,78 senior high school teachers are selected to sample the study on the New Teaching Situation of Senior High School Chemistry Based on Students' temperament Types.The results are as follows:(1)Among the 9 kinds of temperament divided by EPQ-RSC questionnaire,the students in senior two all occupy,which has the characteristics of uneven temperament distribution.Among them,the largest number is 131 with depressive temperament;the least number is 17 with mucinous temperament,accounting for 2.8% of the total.(2)There is no significant difference in the proportion of temperament types among the three schools in the survey hierarchy.(3)For students with various temperament types,there is little difference in their preference for chemical knowledge,skills and learning behavior,but there are differences in some choices for students with individual temperament types.(4)Students with different temperament types have different factors in promoting chemical learning and favorite teaching links.It can be seen from the above results as follows: there are significant differences between students' temperament and the way and method of learning chemistry;among the students with different temperament,there are significant differences in the way of thinking in learningchemistry.As far as teachers are concerned,they need to understand the types of students' temperament and provide students with more appropriate teaching strategies,programs and other novel teaching processes.Teachers are not only aware of the individual differences between students,but also have their own unique teaching methods,but pay less attention to the non-intellectual factors.The temperament type of students is not the only criterion.Temperament can serve teaching to a certain extent,but teaching activities should not be arranged only according to the temperament type of students.If we want to achieve teaching according to the differences of students,we need to improve from many aspects.For example,we should make the most of psychometrics,explore the interaction between temperament and learning in-depth,and strengthen or improve the role of group and cooperation in chemical experiments on students with different temperament types.Teachers should pay attention to understand the characteristics of chemistry in the process of teaching,be familiar with the content of teaching materials,and use a variety of teaching methods to provide excellent programs for students to learn.
