The new art curriculum standard explicitly presented the concept of people-oriented education and build a new way of learning which is “independent,cooperative and explore”.Therefore,under the new curriculum standard of art teaching,the art teaching must promote the students' autonomy in learning with new educational concepts and organizational forms.But in the county high school,the art education is in an awkward development : lack of teaching equipment,teachers strength weak,formal teaching serious.In addition,art teaching blindly adopts the teaching model of “teacher teaching –student learning”,lacking of consideration of student preferences,which resulting the loss of student interest in learning art.In this situation,exploring the new teaching models to construct the Art and Teaching Environment of County to promote students' autonomous ability is very necessary.This article mainly from the four aspects of research :First part,in the social situation of advocate students to participate in the education activities,finding out the necessity and significance of the students participating in the teaching activities as the main body in the high school art teaching by summarize the development of Fine Arts Education in high school in Luanchuan County.The second part,from the school,teachers,students three aspects,using survey methods,field visits and interviews to investigate the present situation of four high schools in Luanchuan County.The third part,through the analysis of the results of the survey to find out the factors that affect the students' participation in teaching activities in Luanchuan County high school art teaching.The fourth part,from the parents,schools,students three acepects,to explore the promotion of students as the main body to participate in high school art teaching activities in the environmental structure of the strategy art.The fifth part,from the teacher-student relationship,teaching structure,teaching objectives,teaching direction of these aspects,to explore suitable for high school art teaching activities in Luanchuan County students play a dynamic strategy.This paper is based on the development of students' autonomous ability,through the interview method,the investigation report analysis method to collect the data,from the three aspect of school,teachers and students,the four high school art of Luanchuan County,by investigating the current situation of art education in high in Luanchuan County to find out its common problems and put porward the corresponding solutions,which has good effect on the independent development of art education in Luanchuan County.
