With the development of new National College Entrance Examination(NCEE),educational reforms such as "six selecting three","multiple examinations" and "shift-taking system" have broken the discipline limitation of high school,and offered students more right to make choices.How to promote the development of academic autonomy to better cope with new National College Entrance Examination reform has become a focus of parents and even the whole society.Culture construction based on students' self-development in high school class can not only enhance students' sense of participation,but also shape students' personality of all rounds.At the same time,it provides a practical reference for the construction of class culture to meet with the requirements of the development of students' core literacy and the reform of new National College Entrance Examination.With questionnaires for 529 students from 7 ordinary senior high schools in Guangdong Province as well as interviews with 10 head teachers and 10 students,the paper deals with the current situation of class culture construction based on students' self-development in senior high schools,analyzes the cause and effect and then tries to conceive some constructive measures.From the analyzed results of the questionnaire and interview,firstly,students with different gender,grade,family structure,position and achievement are found to have different autonomy in the construction of senior high school class culture.Secondly,construction of material culture short of individuality and characteristics is seen improper.Thirdly,the goal of the construction of spiritual culture is not clear,leading to a lack of good atmosphere of public opinion in the class.Fourthly,the unclear goal of construction of spiritual culture brings with it a lack of good atmosphere of public opinion in the class.Fifthly,the class system is lack of democracy and improperly applied.Lastly,the construction of behavioral culture is formalized,which makes it difficult to arouse students' enthusiasm of participation.What have been mentioned above are obstacles in the path of students' self-development.According to the present situation of high school class culture construction and the demand of high school students' self-development,this paper puts forward the strategy of high school class culture construction based on students' self-development.A three-month educational action study was conducted in a senior one class,with pre-and post-tests conducted for each round of the study,and then a conclusion from the comparative class.According to the actual situation of the students,the first round educational action research is sets up different fixed groups to establish the consciousness of students' independence participation.The second round builds the culture of class goals.The third round stimulates students' initiative to participate by enriching class cultural activities.Afterwards,through the analysis of the data,students' performance and the interview of the high school students,obvious progress is seen,after the implementation of the strategy in students' cognitive autonomy,emotional autonomy and behavioral autonomy.According to the investigation of the current situation and Educational Action Research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cultural construction of high school classes,based on students' self-development.As for the construction of material culture,group cooperation and unique class surroundings are built to enhance students' self-consciousness.In the aspect of the construction of spiritual culture,class public opinions and common visions are strengthened to promote students' self-esteem and self-discipline.In the construction of institutional culture,by developing democratic systems,students are instructed to carry out self-management.In terms of the construction of behavior culture,a variety of activities serve at raising students' public participation quality.Those above are to lay a solid foundation for students' all-round development in the future,and lead students to seek,pursue,build and realize their dreams.
