Primary school students are in the critical stage of good habit formation.With the specific psychological and physiological characteristics of this age group,they have weak self-control ability and strong curiosity.Physical education is a weekly lesson for pupils,and the proper and effective exercise in physical education can lead to their healthy development of bone and mental health.However,some primary school students did not follow the requirements of physical education teachers,but there are speaking at random,disturbing classroom order and other problem behaviors,resulting in part of the time for physical education used for class management.Therefore,this study takes the problem behavior management in primary school sports classroom as the research object,and takes the problem behavior of primary school students in elementary school grade of Grade 1 to 6 in Henan Normal University.By using literature method,observation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,take class follow-up of Grade 1-6 students in primary school affiliated to Henan Normal University,and record the classroom problem behavior,and study teachers’ management style,and then put forward the corresponding strategy,provide a reference for future research,the conclusions are as follows:1.In this study,we observed the behaviors of 20 kinds of behaviors in the observation records,and observed 112 lessons in 1198 problems.It can be seen that the behavioral characteristics of pupils’ physical education classroom problems are universal,with mild degree of dominance,short duration,and volatility,showing certain stages,gender differences and grade differences.2.The behavior of elementary school students is divided into behaviors of attention,communication,emotional problems and destructive behavior.Attention problem behavior result from boring and not attractive content from teachers,unstable pupil attention,lack of physical education and correct understanding;The reasons for the formation of communication problems are the lack of communication between teachers and students,the lack of self-confidence in elementary school students and the small amount of interpersonal space.Emotional problems are caused by the improper management of teachers’ classes,students’ inverse psychology and classroom tension.The causes of destructive problems are caused by the lack of experience in classroom management,the eagerness of pupils to win,and the character of primary school students.3.The main management method of teacher’s attention to primary school students is the language stop.The main management method of communication problem behavior is the correct guidance;The main management of emotional problem behavior is timely communication;The main management method of destructive problem behavior is to stop,punish properly and emphasize the rules.Advice:1.Enrich the content of physical education,adjust the time and difficulty of physical education activities in a timely fashion,arouse the motivation of primary school students to study sports.2.Establish a good relationship between teachers and students,and guide students strengthen the self-adjustment,self-control and self-management ability,Create a harmonious and loving family atmosphere to prevent the pupils from the influence of bad information.3.Improve the ability of sports teacher’s emotion management;Establish the feasible rules and carry it out strictly;Provide suitable curriculum according to the elementary student’s time to make them feel more successful experience.4.Give up the role of authority figures through using democratic management to manage primary school students;Respect psychological and physical differences of primary school students for distinguishing the difference of the teaching;Parents should improve parenting skills to give students more attention and love.
