Research On The Transformation And Development Of Local Colleges And Universities In Henan

Nowadays,our country is in the important time of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Talents are regarded as the internal driving force of economic development,which highlights the importance of education.In the face of the popularization of higher education in our country and the diversification of social demand for talents,training applied undergraduate talents gradually becomes the main target of the local undergraduate colleges which is the main force of China's higher education.As the state council issued guidance on supporting speeding up the construction of the central plains economic zone in Henan province,the social and economic development of Henan province has entered a crucial period.As the industrialization process speeds up,the shift of the pattern of economic development puts forward new requirements to the higher education structure in Henan province.Whether its talent training structure corresponds to the needs of the industrial transformation and upgrading is directly related to the new situation of economic growth in Henan province.In order to realize the strategic adjustment of industrial structure,to build a new system for the development of modern industry and to implement the strategy of talent strong province,higher education in Henan province undertakes the new historical task.Recently,in order to better serve the rapid development of local economy,Henan province starts the work about the development of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and strives to promote the virtuous circle of economic development of Henan province by optimizing the structure of higher education in Henan province.This paper takes Henan province as the research scope,takes local universities as the research object and conducts a thorough research of the transformation in the development of the local undergraduate colleges in Henan province with the method of literature method,historical method and interview method.Facing the demand on the local universities' the development and transformation and current problems of the local universities in Henan province,promoting the development of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities in Henan province not only helps the rapid development of local economy and the sustainable development of the local universities but also ease the difficult employment phenomenon of Henan province.Based on the development of the local undergraduate colleges of Henan province transformation demands and difficulties,on one hand,combined with the actual situation in Henan province,compared to abroad applied university personnel training mode,various experience and enlightenment can be achieved on the flexible systems,cooperation between colleges and companies,the curriculum and the teaching staff.On the other hand,in view of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges of Henan province development present situation and the problems,especially the transformation of pilot colleges and universities development,thorough analysis should be conducted.Meanwhile,further sorting and concluding should be done on the effective measures and the periodic results of the pilot colleges and universities.To ensure the development of local undergraduate colleges of Henan province transformation development work,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the local universities in Henan province in terms of the top design,the cooperation between colleges and companies and the local universities themselves.The author hope that this study could reflect the basic situation of the transformation and the development of local undergraduate colleges in Henan province and provide the valuable reference on the further work of transformation development.
