With the continuous advancement and deepening of social work in our country,the power of civil society organizations is also growing,and a large number of social organizations participate in the social construction of China,and also promote the vigorous development of our social work.Social organization has an important function to enhance social responsibility,ease social contradictions,connect with the government and society.Among the large number of social organizations with clear professionalism,vocational training societies occupy a part of them.They provide the most professional theoretical and practical guarantee for the development of social work.It has played a role in promoting the orderly development of social work in China.The cornerstone of the role,which greatly promoted the development of social work in China’s standardized operation.As most of the same type of social organizations have adopted a project of the operation of the way to operate their own organizations,but how reasonable operation and operation are still in the exploratory stage,there is limited resources,professional is not strong,broken funds and other issues.How to use the theory and skills of social work administration to judge the problems of the development of vocational training social organizations and provide a feasible strategy for the successful training of social organizations through bottlenecks and sustainable development is an important topic in the field of social work.This paper uses the perspective of social work administration to analyze the macroscopic and microcosmic analysis of the development mechanism of training social organizations.In the study,it was found that A training social organization,due to its reliance on the personal superiority and government resources of the founder,had developed rapidly at the beginning of the organization’s operation,but there was some social work administrative requirement in its internal management Set up,so its sustainable development is facing development dilemma.Especially in the purchase of government services is facing more and more intense competition,affecting thelong-term and orderly development of training organizations.The main performance of the macro-level administrative operation of the virtual,the difficulty of transformation and further development of strong constraints;micro-level administrative staff part of the rights and interests to meet the difficult,the government’s unequal capital dependence,inefficient administration.In view of the development dilemma of A organization,this paper revolves around the social work administration of project management as the core,and proposes to expand the organization members through the coordination of personnel,finance and administration,improve the position to expand the financial position,rationally divide the administrative work in the external environment Increase government support,provide education and training opportunities and other measures.
