Classical Chinese teaching takes a very important place in middle school Chinese education.It is reflected in Chinese teacher or student’s emphasis and the proportion of the Classical Chinese texts in the middle school textbook.But not a few students dread and resist Classical Chinese.It is a research hotspot for many Chinese language educators that how to optimize Classical Chinese classroom teaching and enhance teaching effectiveness of Classical Chinese.This thesis is about the reference of English grammar in Classical Chinese classroom teaching in interdisciplinary respect.The thesis is divided into 3 parts.Part 1 discusses mainly about the value or status of Classical Chinese and English grammar in middle school.Part 2 analyze the necessity of the reference of English grammar in Classical Chinese class.The situation of Classical Chinese teaching is still far from optimistic.Students is not interested in Classical Chinese.They can not fully grasp the knowledge of Classical Chinese.It is difficult for students to understand the special sentence type of Classical Chinese.The reason for this phenomenon is diversified.Because Chinese teaching weaken the teaching of grammar,many Chinese teacher will not teach Chinese grammar knowledge in class.So many students feel puzzled when they meet the special sentence type and always misunderstand the knowledge.Some Chinese teacher’s teaching method is old-fashioned.Some students is not think deeply.It will arouse student’s interest and promote development of student’s thought to applyinterdisciplinary teaching.Part 3 mainly states the feasibility of the reference of English grammar in Classical Chinese class.Chinese and English are mother tongue and foreign language.But there are a lot of similarities in Classical Chinese and English.The special sentence type in Classical Chinese is similar to some grammar use in English and it provide the feasibility of the reference of English grammar in Classical Chinese.In English classroom teaching,grammar is very important.Students attach great importance to English grammar.Students are more master English grammar than Chinese grammar.Part 4 expounds the principle of the reference of English grammar in Classical Chinese class.We should stick to principles of rationality 、effectiveness and target.Chinese teacher should consider student’s actual learning level.Classroom atmosphere should be reasonable in Classical Chinese class.The opportunity and amount of English reference should be reasonable.Chinese teachers should set an general goal and three dimensional target and make classroom effective.Part 5 studies the tactics of the reference of English grammar in Classical Chinese.This thesis expounds tactics from two aspects.Chinese teacher should set three dimensional targets of the reference of English grammar in Classical Chinese class according to Chinese curriculum standards.Chinese teacher can integrate English knowledge at the center of Classical Chinese.Chinese teacher should prepare lessons carefully.Finally,Chinese teacher should create situations to arouse student’s interests and increase participation.From the student’s point of view,we can use cognitive strategies、metacognitive strategies、resourcemanagement strategies and so on.Part 6 designs teaching case of using English grammar knowledge in Classical Chinese class.
