Research On Employment Quality In Shaanxi Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Cooperation Between Schools And Enterprises

With the rapid growth of China’s economy,from the end of the last century,colleges and universities began to expand enrollment,and the competition between colleges and universities is becoming more and more fierce.In recent years,colleges and universities not only compete with each other in terms of the number of students,campus area,faculty structure and hardware facilities,More attention has been paid to the development of soft power such as student quality,teaching quality and employment quality.Therefore,hot majors,employment rate,employment quality,industry salary and other factors have also become important indicators for students to choose schools.The state has raised the employment problem of college students to an unprecedented height.How to ensure that every year’s graduates have sufficient job choices and how to ensure that they are in the insurance industry At the same time,improving the quality of employment and improving students’ satisfaction with employment have become the main problems.As an important part of China’s higher education institutions,higher vocational colleges focus on training applied and technical talents.The biggest difference between higher vocational college graduates and undergraduate graduates lies in the fact that undergraduate graduates have higher education background and can be more advantageous in applying for civil servants,selecting and transferring students,banks and state-owned enterprises,with more recruitment and posts,and stronger examination ability College graduates,real estate companies,e-commerce companies,more practical ability to hire real estate companies,real estate companies,more practical skills.Therefore,each higher vocational college has created its own unique specialty group depending on the division of labor.How to rely on the school enterprise cooperation mode to carry out the joint training in the professional field,so that students can have a technology at the same time out of the school,is the focus of Higher Vocational College Research.This paper uses aiming at a certain in Shaanxi Province Through the data comparison,this paper analyzes the specific measures to improve the quality of students’ training and employment,and gives the corresponding opinions and suggestions.Six chapters,the first focuses on the background of the study and the comparison between domestic and foreign on such issues;the second chapter is the interpretation of the relevant concepts involved in this study;the third chapter is a systematic summary of the employment quality of the graduates of X vocational school in 2019 based on the questionnaire;the fourth chapter is the school enterprise cooperation In this paper,the employment problems of X vocational school are sorted out,and the problems are answered;the fifth chapter is the countermeasures and measures given after the analysis of the problems;the sixth chapter is the conclusion and deficiency of the overall research,and makes a prospect for the future.
