On January 1,2016,our country entered the "full two children".As one of the important members of family life, women are themselves the subjects of childbearing.Women's understanding of family roles, living conditions, and childbearing cognition will be implemented at present. The effects of the population policy are closely related. When studying population issues, women must be considered as an important role in the policy system to explore the impact of policies. In the context of the "full two-child" policy, choosing a second child will result in more women's commitment and greater pressure.Women's share of certain roles will inevitably decrease, such as professional roles. Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of women's job search brought about by the comprehensive two-child policy. It will also have an impact on the future development of the labor market and China's long-term development. The current comprehensive two-child policy was shortly introduced, and there are few literatures on the impact of the policy and related information.During the research process,a large number of previous related studies on demography, women's studies, and population policy should be consulted to summarize and summarize the second child. The pros and cons of the policy will be estimated, research will be conducted through questionnaire surveys, data analysis will be conducted through the spss software, and the influencing factors will be found, and targeted suggestions and solutions will be put forward. On the policy side, there is a little bit of advice from a women's perspective.Based on gender theory and work-family role conflict theory, and combined with the specific policy background of comprehensive two-children,this paper proposes a theoretical model and research hypothesis on the impact of comprehensive two-child policy on women's job search will from three dimensions:personal perspective, gender perspective, and organizational perspective..Combined with the characteristics of educated women, the maturity scale was used to design the items, and data analysis was used to verify hypotheses.Through empirical research,it is concluded that in the context of the comprehensive two-child policy, women's willingness to apply for a job is affected by personal, gender, and organizational perspectives.Women are the main childbearing children of the second child.Because the childbearing process has to cause occupational interruption, the work investment after childbirth is low,the employment capital is reduced, and the job opportunities are reduced. From the perspective of gender, influenced by the male and female masters in traditional Chinese culture, when women's roles and occupations conflict when they are giving birth, women will be given the role of mothers, and more time will be invested in family childcare. And energy. From the perspective of organization, the comprehensive two-child policy has stimulated the employer's original invisible gender discrimination to a certain extent. When recruiting women, the organization will consider the cost risk, which will lead to a decrease in women's job opportunities.Lack of support and impediment to job search.
