The Practical Exploration Of Improving The Social Ability Of Floating Children By Application Growth Group Mode

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of floating population,the issue of floating children is increasingly prominent.Scholars concern for floating children is gradually shifted from the educational equity and social adaptation to improve their social intercourse abilities.Good social skills are of great significance to children who are in the primary stage of socialization.The intervention of social work is very necessary when the school and family can not provide strong support.This paper takes floating children in N community of Shenzhen as the object of study.Based on the observation method and the no-structure interview method,this paper estimates and analyzes the problems existing in social cognition and social control ability of floating children.Including weak social knowledge structure,social interpersonal evaluation ability insufficiency,poor interpersonal ability,environmental adaptability needs to be strengthened,contingency processing and competitive cooperation needs to be improved.To solve a series of problems and help floating children in N community to enhance their social skills.The author used the growth group model to design and carry out the Youth Social Communication Ability Promotion Group,and apply process evaluation and result evaluation to analyze comprehensively the service effectiveness.The study found that the social communicative ability of floating children in the community has been improved in varying degrees by taking part in he Youth Social Communication Ability Promotion Group.The growth group model has certain applicability and advantages for the improvement of the floating children's social ability.At the end of the article,combined with the reflection and summary of the group's work practice,aiming at the promotion of the social ability of floating children,the author puts forward establish the multi-party participation mechanism and translates the short-term basic services to long-term project services.
