The Ministry of Education issues the Regional Admission Policy to provide every school-age children with the chance of enrolling in those nearby schools.At the same,this policy is also aimed at strengthening the nearby enrollment policy and standardizing the school enrollment order.The thesis takes five typical public primary schools in Zhongxiang Hubei Province as studying subjects through analyzing the Regional Admission Policy of the district and of the country.In the research,the thesis finds out that the Regional Admission Policy makes great positive impact on these schools,including optimizing the allocation of educational resources,balancing the school running conditions,deepening the internal reform of the school,improving the quality of teaching,and providing the guarantee for the safety and growth of the students.On the other hand,there are also problems existing in the implementation of the Regional Admission Policy of the schools.For instance,the uneven level of the students increases the difficulty of teaching for teachers.What's more,the growing number of transfer students also potentially aggravates the burden of school management.Public schools,which acts as the actual fulfillment institution of national policy,shouldn't implement any policy objectives or achieve any goals without considering the current situations of themselves.Therefore,theeducation administrative department should fully consider the practice and the existing difficulty of public schools,and gives some support to them in policy.For example,sticking to the democratic formation and the comprehensive content of the divide schools boundary enrollment policy is one of the solutions.Also,being open,acting responsibility investigation and specific feedback are all should be guaranteed.
