The "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)" issued in 2001 pointed out that the national curriculum standards are the main basis for the compilation,teaching,evaluation and examination of the teaching materials,and the basis for the national management and evaluation of the curriculum.Therefore,exploring the consistency between the examination paper and the curriculum standards can be regarded as the problem that teachers cannot neglect in the process of teaching and evaluating students' learning.The paper takes the compulsory part in Test Paper of the new curriculum standards literal arts comprehensive from 2009 to 2016 and Hunan Normal University Senior High School Academic Level Examination Test Paper as the research samples.First,the paper puts forward the "SEC" consistency analysis model to define the content subjects in curriculum standards and geography tests and the cognitive level,and constructs the "content subject * cognitive level" two-dimensional matrix in geography curriculum standards and test papers respectively,and then calculates the consistency index of the eight-year geography college entrance examination and academic level examination papers and curriculum standards.Finally,this paper analyzes according to the consistency between the geography test papers and the curriculum standards in the content subject,at the cognitive level and as a whole.Through the study,the following conclusions are presented:(1)Eight years of geography college entrance examination papers and Hunan academic level examination papers do not have significant consistency with the curriculum standards on the whole.Consistency between the both and the curriculum standards fluctuated within eight years,and the coherence index has a tendency to increase since 2014.(2)The degree of consistency between geography college entrance examination papers and curriculum standards is lower,compared with the consistency between thegeography academic level test papers and curriculum standards.The degree of consistency between them has reached the maximum in 2010,and has reached the minimum in 2013.(3)As for content subject,from the level of consistency between the geography college entrance examination papers and curriculum standards is the highest in the "universe of the Earth",and the lowest in "the natural environment of material movement and energy exchange".And the level of consistency between the geography academic level tests and the curriculum standards is the highest in "the integrity of the natural environment" and the lowest in "population and the city".(4)On the degree of cognitive level,the level of consistency between geography college entrance examination papers and curriculum standards is better,but the level of consistency between geography academic level tests and curriculum standards is poor.
