In recent years,the medical social work and medical volunteer service has been gradually promoted in the major hospitals in our country.Medical Social Worker And Volunteer's Cooperative Service Pattern is the hospital in order to improve the quality of its service,and manifests the public welfare nature,provide patients' “body,mind,spirit and social ”caring service,by integrating social resources and hospital,establish of dominated by medical social worker,as medical volunteer service as the main body of the localization service mode.Due to unpaid voluntary service and public welfare,and the social work professional and stability,so the combination of linkage service in the hospital,on the patient's psychological needs,has irreplaceable value to improve the patient experience,improve the doctor-patient relationship.However,because of the medical social work and voluntary services in the domestic development time is relatively short,and the hospital environment problem has a comprehensive and complicated,with many problems in the linkage process of medical social work and voluntary servicesin.This study is trying to use the Joint service of medical workers and volunteers in a domestic medical social work department of a large general hospital S hospital as a case,through participatory research,through participant observation and interviews,to explore the excellent experience,the linkage analysis in the service problems,combined with domestic and foreign medical social workers with the volunteers linkage mode of service as a reference to optimize the service mode of medical social workers and volunteers linkage hospital S design,and promote the harmonious development of medical social workers and volunteers linkage service.The first chapter describes the background,significance,purpose and method of this study,and analyzes the current situation of medical social work and voluntary service at home and abroad.The second chapter explains the important concepts in the paper,and introduces the theoretical support of this study.The third chapter describes the current situation of the joint practice of medical social workers and voluntary service through S hospital case.The fourth chapter puts forward the existing problems.The fifth chapter puts forward somecountermeasures and suggestions.
