Research On Medical Social Workers Improving College Volunteer Service Ability

With the continuous innovation of the medical service system,medical social work and voluntary services have become an important part of the medical system.As an important part of the volunteer group,college volunteers have the advantages of strong learning ability and high enthusiasm for service,but they also face the problem that their service ability cannot meet the medical service requirements.Medical social work is supported by policies.It can use professional theories and techniques to improve the service capabilities of college volunteers,and it can also help college volunteers to provide more effective and professional services.This research is the author’s professional internship in pediatric hematology.It is found that there is a large gap between the strong willingness of volunteer service in colleges and the actual service ability,and their professional service level needs to be improved urgently.The author intervenes in college volunteers in the form of group social work,focusing on improving the professional service capabilities of college volunteers.Social workers meticulously intervene in the professional spirit cultivation,professional skills training,and professional image of college volunteers.This can help college volunteers to form good sustainable development and generate endogenous creativity and autonomy.Therefore,this activity can lay a good foundation for further cooperation and common development of medical social work and college volunteer services.The future development direction is that as long as the hospital needs services,social workers and volunteers meet the needs of the goal.This study found that there is a large space for the improvement of university volunteer service.Through the intervention of social workers,the enthusiasm of university volunteer service is improved,and there is a certain reflection on the voluntary service.The working ideas and methods of medical social work are obviously different from those of college volunteers,which provide many ideas for the improvement of college volunteers’ service ability.Through practical operation and summary,the author proposes a solution to on improving the professional service ability of college volunteers through medical social work,which has certain reference value for the formation of the joint service mode between medical social work and volunteers.
