| Volunteer service can effectively promote social governance and services,and to a certain extent,promote the construction of spiritual civilization.With the improvement of people’s health awareness,the range of patients’ needs has expanded,gradually expanding from physiological treatment to humanized medical experience.In order to meet the diverse needs of patients,volunteer service has become an important form of service in hospitals.This is an inherent requirement for promoting hospital reform,and it is also an important starting point for harmonious doctor-patient relations.In order to promote the professional development of volunteer service,the volunteer service work of some hospitals is responsible for the social work department,but at present,the service model of "social worker +volunteer" is still in the initial stage of exploration,and with the expansion of the scale of volunteer service in hospitals,the lack of service level restricts the further development of volunteer service.Based on the theory of advantageous perspectives,this study uses the participatory observation method,in-depth interview method and questionnaire method to study the service status of the "Jincheng" volunteer service corps of M Hospital,and finds that there are uneven effects of different service activities,uneven distribution of volunteer service team personnel,and the lack of medical volunteer service ability is mainly reflected in the communication ability,coordination and cooperation ability and relevant medical knowledge mastery ability.The service capabilities of the eight team members recruited online are pre-tested,and the group work programme is formulated according to their current service level and specific needs.Through the intervention of six sub-group activities,the process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation were used to compare their service capabilities before and after,and it was concluded that the team members participating in this activity had made great progress in communication,coordination and cooperation,medical knowledge,etc.,and improved the service level to a certain extent.The improvement of communication ability,communication and coordination ability and relevant medical knowledge mastery ability has generally enhanced the service ability of the "Jin cheng" volunteer service corps of M Hospital,and alleviated the problems of uneven volunteer service effect and uneven distribution of personnel in M Hospital.This paper provides a specific practical case reference for the improvement of the ability of medical volunteers involved in group work,and puts forward suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism and promoting the integration and development of the three major professional methods of team self-management and social work. |
