Applicatione Research On Assessmengt Of The Subacromial Bursa Injury Of Water Polo Players By Utrasound

Objective:By analyzing ultrasonic image characteristics,comparing the depth of subacromial bursa and summarizing the rule of shoulder injury of Water Polo Athletes,this paper aims to discuss the practical value of ultrasonic diagnosis technology in the evaluation of athletes'shoulder health an investigation,prophylaxis and treatment of shoulder injuries.Methods:The paper collected 25 athletes of the women's water polo team in athletics school of Chengdu Sport University and studied 24 athletes of them,took the routine physical examination,shoulder ultrasound examination and were measured the depth of subacromial bursa on the short axis view of supraspinatus tendon by ultrasonographic image.According to the results of the examination,this paper divided the studied athletes into symptomatic group and asymptomatic group.Meanwhile this paper selected 50 cases superiority side shoulder of healthy non-athletes as control group.Finally,this paper analyzed ultrasonic image characteristics and compared the differences in the depth of subacromial bursa by T test.Resultes:In the studied 48 cases of shoulder joint,30 cares are no abnormality,18 cases have injury symptom and diagnosed as local damaged shoulder joint,which conclude 24 cases illness.17 cases of subacromial bursitis,5cases of tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachia,1 cases of supraspinatus tendinitis and 1 cases of lacerated wound injury.the injury rate of water polo athletes' shoulder joints is 37.5%.The result shows athletes' average depth of subacromial bursa on the left side is 2.58±0.58mm,and on the right side is 2.40±0.44mm.The difference of two sides is non-significance(P=0.178).Besides,in symptomatic group of athletes,the depth of subacromial bursa is significantly greater than that in the asymptomatic group.The average depth of subacromial bursa of the control group is 1.94±0.28mm.Compared the mean of symptomatic group and asymptomatic group with the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001).What's more,compared with healthy people,the water polo player's shoulder is obviously thicker.Conclusion:1?In the 48 cases shoulder joints of water polo players in athletics school of Chengdu Sport University,there are 18 cases of local damaged shoulder joints and the rate is 37.5%.This paper advices that they need to take measures as soon as possible.2?Water polo players' ultrasonic image shows group characteristics.The depth of subacromial bursa is bigger than normal persons,and the symbols of bursitis injury are increasing thickness and effusion.The statue of rotator cuff is generally good,but there are suspected injuries.The condition of biceps tendon is generally good.3?Going to the sports team station deeply and completing the inspection task,reflects that the ultrasonic diagnostic technology is accurate,reliable,convenient and fast.Diagnosing existing injuries and investigation of the suspected injuries by ultrasonic examination,shows the practical value of ultrasonic diagnosis technology in the investigation of injury,as well as the guidance of treatment and prevention of injury.It is suggested to promote the method of investigating the sports injury by ultrasonic diagnosis technology.
