| Physical education teachers are a special group in school education.They not only shoulder the responsibility of students to learn sports knowledge and sports skills,but also bear the important task of improving students' physique.As the most special part of education,it is very important to have special evaluation system for physical education teachers.April 21,2016 the State Council issued a public opinion on strengthening school physical education to promote the overall development of physical and mental health of the views of physical education teachers to give a more important mission,in accordance with the document to adjust the teaching content at the same time to establish Corresponding Physical Education Teacher Evaluation System.Based on the results of the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the evaluation of PE teachers in key colleges and universities in Sichuan Province,this paper puts forward the basic conception of the construction of the evaluation system of PE teachers in colleges and universities.This study uses Riddle illegal,hierarchical analysis,According to the responsibilities of PE teachers,establish the content and the index weight of PE teaching evaluation index,so as to construct the evaluation system of Southwest Jiaotong University PE teachers.The theoretical basis of constructing the evaluation index system of PE teachers in colleges and universities is pedagogy,psychology,evaluation and surveying.Its practical basis is the responsibility of PE teachers and the work characteristics of PE teachers.Through three rounds of expert survey and statistical analysis of data,the final physical education teaching,research,public services as a three-level indicators,under the eight secondary indicators and 36 three indicators,and determine the three indicators of weight,The evaluation rules.It provides a realistic theoretical reference for further exploring the evaluation system of excellent PE teachers in Chengdu. |
