| It is a fact that teacher undertakes multiple subjects at the same time in rural primary schools.Most researches focus on pre-service teacher training,but on-service teacher is not available.Six rural primary teachers who are generalist teaching is regarded as major research object,and one teacher who is teaching one subject are selected as comparison.Researcher hopes to show their teaching actions,and reflect deeper reasons by researching lived experience.According to the characteristics of qualitative research,researcher does not suggest to spread the research’s conclusion.Researcher hopes to show original conditions of rural primary teachers who is teaching multiple subjects to the public as far as possible.At the same time,researcher also hopes the research can attract more and more people to pay close attention to them and listen to their demands.This dissertation consists of four parts.The first part is introduction including the origin,purpose,significance,the current situations of the research and scheme of this research.The second part is Chapter 1,which mainly introduces the living and working environment and every teacher generally.The third part with Max van Manen’s basic themes of reflecting on human lived experience,try to get teaching lived experience from three dimensions of living time,living space and relationships.Specifically speaking,chapter 2,chapter 3,chapter4 respectively describe their generalist teaching experience from the aspect.Finally,Chapter5 provides the reflection,mainly including generalist teaching and teacher’s reflection,generalist teaching and educational quality’s reflection,what’s more,the whole research process’ s reflection. |
