| There is a widespread phenomenon of teacher generalist teaching in the shortage of teachers in rural primary schools.There are many studies advocating the promotion of professional qualifications of teachers and the cultivation of generalist teaching before going to work,and many are concerned about the training of generalist teachers after their in-service education.In order to improve the quality of teaching in rural primary schools,it is necessary to train pre-service professional teachers and post-vocational training teachers.However,it is difficult to prescribe the teaching relationship between rural primary school teachers and students in schools without an in-depth understanding.Through the literature review,this study focuses on the teaching relationship,with six teachers engaged in generalist teaching in rural primary schools as the main research object,two former teachers engaged in generalist teaching now single-subject teaching for comparison,eight Teachers interviewed and entered the classroom to observe and understand the performance and practice of teachers in pre-class,classroom teaching and after-school evaluation.Describing the generalist teaching relationship in rural primary schools as much as possible to show teachers’ teaching and student learning and trying to pass Rural primary school teachers,the actual situation of the relationship between teaching to find the cause of the problem and to reflect on reasonable suggestions to improve rural primary school generalist teaching relationship to improve the quality of rural primary school teaching.This dissertation consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,literature review and research methods.The second part is the introduction of the research schools and the teachers of the research subjects.The third part is the main part of the thesis,the second,third,fourth chapter separately from the teacher subjects for the formation of a good relationship in teaching before class to master teaching content and preparation,use in the classroom teaching methods and class teaching evaluation,teachers and students to understand the relationship between the three aspects of teaching.The last part is the fifth chapter,which focuses on research reflection,including the advantages and disadvantages of generalist teachers,the role of generalist teaching relations in improving the quality of education,and the reflection on the whole research process. |
