| The "trinity" collaborative training mode,which consists of universities,governments and schools(U-G-S),is a new mode of teacher training,which has been widely used in teacher training practice.Primary generalist teachers are an important group of teachers,and the mode of cooperative training is in line with the requirements of The Times.Through years of exploration and application of this mode,the quality of primary generalist teachers has been significantly improved,but there are still many practical difficulties to be solved in the training process.Thus,perfecting the U-G-S training mode is of great practical significance for promoting the training of primary generalist teachers.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign existing research,choose G Normal University to practice.Interviews were conducted with teachers from the primary education department of G Normal University,administrators of cooperative primary schools and practice instructors.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was conducted on some students of G Normal University’s primary education major.And the study interviewed the primary education students who graduated in the last three years to fully understand the current situation of collaborative education in G Normal University.It is found that there are still some problems in the cooperative training of primary generalist teachers,such as insufficient support from local governments,unreasonable arrangement of cooperative training in colleges and universities,and low enthusiasm for cooperation in primary schools.After further digging into the training problems of primary generalist teachers,it is found that there are three main factors that block the collaborative training of primary generalist teachers.First,multi-subject interest barriers block external collaborative cultivation;Secondly,the poor governance structure of colleges and universities blocks the internal collaborative training;Finally,the mismatch of supply and demand content structure blocks the construction of integrated system.In order to further improve the quality of collaborative training for primary generalist teachers,the following three aspects can be tried to break through: first,to consolidate the foundation of multi-subject collaborative training;second,to optimize the practical content of collaborative training;third,to improve the operation mechanism of collaborative training. |
