Teachers' emotion management has important value of teachers and children's development,so as to the relationship between teachers and children.Teachers could maintain positive emotion state and develop theirs physical and mental health for emotion management.And then they will have good interpersonal relationships and improve their job satisfaction and self-efficacy.Kindergarten teacher is an important part in children's life,kindergarten teacher's emotion is also an important factor in kindergarten education.But now,kindergarten teachers' emotion problems are piled up and prominent,the issues of child-abuse were continued to occur,children were turned into the recipient of teachers' bad emotions,their physical and mental health were greatly hurt.Kindergarten teachers lack of awareness of emotion management,and they can't manage their emotions better.This is one of the important reasons for the tragedy.Under such circumstances,the emotion management of kindergarten teachers is a problem that worth to study.This research adopts the case study method of qualitative research,selected two general kindergartens as a case from Changchun by typical case sampling method of purposive sample.In order to ensure the comprehensive extraction of the case,a public kindergarten A and a private kindergarten B were selected.The two are both ordinary kindergartens in Changchun,with the characteristics of typical cases and a certain degree of representativeness.In these kindergartens,26 teachers were extracted for stratified purposive sampling,according to the teachers' teaching experience,education level and teaching grade.Based on the analysis of the original data of these teachers' emotion management in the teacher-child interaction,the basic situation of kindergarten teachers' emotion management will be presented.This paper includes five parts:The first part presents the subject.This part mainly introduces the research background,research questions and research significance.The second part is research summary.Discuss and integrate the aspects of teachers' emotion management including the definition of related concepts,emotion related research,teachers' emotions and emotion management related research and related research on kindergarten teachers' emotions.And then reflect and summary the existing research.The third part is the research method and process.This part mainly expounds the determination of the research method,the selection of the research object and the specific implementation process of the research and discusses the problem of ethics and validity of this research.The fourth part is the basic situation of teachers' emotion management in the teacher-child interaction.It mainly includes the appearance of the teachers' emotions,the teachers' cognition of the emotion,the teachers' management of self emotion and the teachers' emotion management of children's emotion.The basic situation of the kindergarten teachers' emotion management will be presented by the description and analysis of the case.The fifth part is conclusion and suggestion.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the teachers' emotion management,this part analyzes and summarizes the relevant conclusions of kindergarten teachers' emotion management.The generation of teachers' emotion is mainly influenced by the external factors.There are some differences between teachers' cognition of emotion and the behavior of emotion management.The strategies of teachers' emotion management are diversity.The effect of teachers' emotion management directly affects the class atmosphere.The concept and experience of teachers are the main factors affecting their emotion management.Therefore,the awareness of teachers' emotion management should be strengthened,and the ability of teachers' emotion management should be improved.The kindergarten should pay attention to the humanistic care of the teachers,and the parents should change their concept of education.
