The global population age structure is undergoing great change.Although many developing countries are still in high levels of population growth,they are showing the tendency of declining birthrate.With the declining fertility,many countries are experiencing the process of demographic transition.Meanwhile,the population structure is changing.Nowadays,the declining birth rate is a common problem that most countries have to face,and Japan specifically has suffered from the low birth rate.In 1970,Japan had stepped into a sub-replacement and population aging society.In just a few decades,the structure of population of Japan has changed observably.By the year 2016,the proportion of Japan's population that over the age of 64 was increased to 26.4%,below the age of 14 declined to 12.7%.Japan has already stepped into the super sub-replacement and population aging society.Analysising of Japan's sub-replacement and population aging,and its influence on the development of education,it helps in the rest of the world,especially in China.This article consists of five chapters: The first chapte analysises the background and significance research on Japan's sub-replecement,and summarizes the research results,including the home and abroad;Meanwhile,discusses the study of the methods in this paper.Chapter 2 is the current situation and the reason of the sub-replacement and population aging society.It introduces Japan's historical changes and current situation of the sub-replecement,and analyzes the causes.Chapter 3 is the analysis of the characteristics and the trend of Japan's sub-replecement fertility,from population size,age structure and geographical distribution.Chapter 4 is the impacs of education,mainly analysises of family education,the pre-education and the higher education.Chapter 5,focuses on low fertility society of Japan,the specific content of its policy,and the result of implementation.The next is the analysis of the current situation of China's sub-replecement fertility.Finally,discussing how to reasonably applied the system for our country.
