Research On Japan's Graduate School Of Education Under The Background Of Teacher Education Reform

As an integral part and important phase of postgraduate education system, Master of Education degree education has become an important means for training specialized high-level professionals, which increasingly get attention by all countries.Japan is one of the most developed countries in elementary education that its advancement of teacher education be obvious to the world. Many of Japan's educational philosophy and educational practice have leaded the world. Although establish time of the Japanese School system is short, but after years of discussion and practice, pattern of the result have highly practical features, hence there is still much can learn from.This paper takes teachers education reform in Japan and the course of the development of professional degrees as a starting point, examines the constructive process of Japanese School system and describes its current situation of development by through a case study of Hyogo University of Education, to analyze the achievement of training pattern of highly practical teaching in Japan School system. From above summary to discover rules which in order to take some reference to our development of Master Education system.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is about introduction of subject selection, document summarize, research methods and key concepts definition.The second part is about content of Japanese School system which inspects the constructive process of it from historical aspect, states and analyzes the policy of setting up and current situation. The third part is case study that takes Hyogo University of Education as object which mainly discusses rich and characteristic course system and management operating mechanism, inspects the achievement of training pattern of its high practical system.The fourth part is revelation. This part discusses the training pattern of Japanese School system to our country's of Master Degree of Education.
