Research On Rural Vocational Education In Anhui Province Under The Background Of Agricultural Modernization

Anhui Province as a big agricultural province,the “three rural” issue has always been the focus of government agricultural work.To promote the development of agriculture in Anhui Province,we must improve the level of agricultural modernization.Agricultural modernization is the process of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and it is the means to turn backward traditional agriculture to advanced modern agriculture.The key to agricultural modernization is the modernization of peasants 'quality.Agricultural modernization must have the high quality farmers to promote.Without the modernization of peasants' own quality,it is impossible to achieve the modernization of agriculture.In addition,too much rural population per capita arable land area will directly restrict the development of agricultural modernization.Modern agriculture requires a high degree of mechanization and scale,do not need too much rural labor force.Therefore,the transfer of rural surplus labor is an important way to promote the process of agricultural modernization.The rural vocational education must be unswervingly play a role in providing services for the agricultural modernization construction,while cultivating high-quality farmers and transferring rural surplus labor force can not do without rural vocational education.Rural vocational education is an important part of the education system,and also one of the hot issues of concern to the education sector.Rural vocational education as an important measure to achieve agricultural modernization has also aroused the concern of all sectors of society.However,there are many problems in the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province,and it can not serve the development of agricultural modernization well.Therefore,it is very important to explore a rural vocational education road suitable for the development of agricultural modernization in Anhui rural areas and the whole Anhui province.The overall train of thought of this article is to analyze the development of rural vocational education in Anhui province under the background of agricultural modernization and to find out the problems.The article includes four chapters:The first chapter discusses the urgency of the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province.The development of agricultural modernization needs to be promoted by rural vocational education.And combs the related theories and related research at home and abroad,on the basis of many scholars summarized the concept of agricultural modernization and rural vocational education,lay the theoretical foundation for further research.The second chapter collects and analyzes the number of institutions,the scale of running schools,the construction of teachers,the investment of funds,the conditions of running schools and the government subsidy policies of Anhui rural vocational education in recent years by collecting relevant macroscopic data.And through the relevant areas of Anhui Province,Anhui Province,to understand the needs of vocational education in rural areas,and the use of spss20.0 computer software to survey the effective data from the regression analysis of rural vocational education in Anhui Province,the impact of the main factors.In the third chapter,based on the research of the rural vocational education in Anhui province,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of rural vocational education development in Anhui province.In the fourth chapter,according to the problems existing in rural vocational education in Anhui Province,the paper puts forward the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province,and tries to provide theoretical support for the development of rural vocational education in the new period in combination with relevant theories and actual conditions.This paper tries to discuss the development of rural vocational education in the background of agricultural modernization.By analyzing the existing problems of rural vocational education in Anhui Province,combining the practice and experience of rural vocational education at home and abroad,based on the situation of Anhui province,taking full account of the rural population demand on the basis of which we try to put forward some suggestions on the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province under the background of agricultural modernization,hoping to promote the agricultural modernization process in Anhui Province by promoting the development of rural vocational education.
