A Study On The Innovative Talents Of Agricultural Colleges From The Perspective Of Agricultural Modernization

China’s agricultural development has entered a new phase in the process of economic globalization; agriculture would be fully integrated into the international market competition, agricultural modernization is the scientific development shift from traditional agriculture to modern. Agriculture replaced by the advanced level of high-tech agriculture gradually, science and technology penetration into the production, marketing and all aspects of social and economic development. Agricultural colleges and agricultural modernization under the requirements have shown a variety of development trends.Located in the most economically developed East China, Anhui Province, has a long history and culture, rich in natural resources, particularly in agricultural resources. But due to the geographical imbalance, subordinate villages in our province’s have a huge economy and human resources gap. In this paper, take the development of agricultural modernization requirements in current China rural areas as research purposes, based on the current development of agricultural modernization in rural areas of Anhui Province, discussed the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities of agriculture reforms by investigation and analysis of agriculture-related college students’law,From the perspective of agricultural modernization, discusses the concept of agricultural modernization, and demand characteristics, the basic connotation of innovative talents, as well as the characteristics of innovative talents in colleges and universities. In addition, analysis of agricultural modernization and agricultural reality requirements, presented the way under the angle of agricultural modernization in agriculture.In this paper, questionnaire survey was from the cultivation of talents in universities, the current demand for agricultural modernization, and the knowledge attitudes of college students. The University research is mainly based on questionnaires and site visits, according to collect related data content. Understanding of current college students’cognition of agricultural modernization, as well as the current situation of cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, presented the last part of this paper, analysis of the thinking on cultivating innovative talents. Based on practical research, this paper explored innovative models of talents cultivation mode and implement effective ways on colleges and universities of agriculture.
